i feel sorry for her i mean i really used to love her movies she was my role model after hilary duff when i was 13 that were the days of mean girls , freaky friday.. i really loved her but then in 2007 she started with those problems of drugs all i saw on the mags were pics of drunk in hollywood followed by paps so i didnt like her anymore anyway i still love her movies but its hard to watch a movie of her like the parent trip and see all this. i still love her and i bet shes a really good persn

This may actually be a good thing for her. I know she’s upset about it now but she just couldn’t keep going on the patch she was currently traveling on. She’s been on a path of self destruction for several years now and this may be just what she needs to get herself back on track. If only other judges would treat celebs this way, instead of always letting them off scot-free.

Why is lindsay crying and making a fuss there is noooooothing the lawer can do in this case. She was caught red handed and this is not her first damn time, she actually deserved waaaaaaay more time in prison but her lawer is so damn good she limited it to only 90 days! so suck on that lindsay, its time you grow up, and accept responsibility.

is there a way to see the whole court proceedings? also, when Lindsay starts crying what does her lawyer say? I can’t understand.

I think the judge was fair, and she deserved what she got. Anyone else who doesn’t mind the court and violates probation goes to jail. Her tearful speech was pointless because though she said she accepted responsibility, she doesn’t or she wouldn’t be sitting there. She gotten way with TOO MUCH from her past to cry me a river. I thought it was real pathetic she was crying over that alcohol monitor staying on before she goes to jail too! I’m sure we will see more LL f**k ups in the future!
poor Linsey, she should have been let off. it’s wasn’t her fault she didn’t understand the rules of her rehab. come on, have you ever tried to pay attension to someone when you’re high on cocaine and drunk???
